I'm Carissa. I educate moms and families how to utilize natural techniques to support a calm, instinctual birth as nature intended. Your birth does NOT have to be traumatic, frightening, or dreadful! My goal is to educate, empower, and support expecting families every step of their pregnancy, birth, & postpartum. I am educated and trained through the HypnoBirthing facility as well as IPPA to provide Childbirth Education, Full Spectrum Doula Services, Placenta Encapsulation & much more.
